Modie

Modie is the art-name of Diego Tomassetti, an italian pianist-singer and songwriter. His main genres are Soul and Pop music. 
 Graduated in Classical Piano at Conservatorio A. Casella (L’Aquila, Italy) with Elena Matteucci. During his studies he has been studying also with other international musicians such as Jurgis Karnavičius, Francesco Prode, Jerzy Tosik-Warszawiak, Stefano Sabatini, Claudio Filippini, Roberto Tarenzi, and more. In 2016 he released two piano solo’s EP “A Picture Of You” and “Autumn Melodies”.

Since 2019 he’s working with the american company Lime Entertainment and had the opportunity to travel in United States, Central America, Europe and perform with many headliners as Paul Boland, Lou Gazarra, Peter Grant, Tony Tillman, Joel Mason, and also in many musicals like Chicago, Little Shops of Horror, West Side Story, etc. 
 In 2021 he started his own original project as a Pianist-Singer with the alias of “Modie”; on May 20th 2022 he released his first single “By My Side” with Visory Records.
