David Rooker, only 19, is a young musician who writes uniquely structured, heartfelt songs which mainly lend themselves to the darkest of nights. His debut album, capturing a wide range of sounds, is set for release in 2023. Everything is glued together by the melancholy incorporated in his songwriting and his weeping, over-four-octave-spanning voice.
